Phoenix Associates is looking for an Administrative Support team member to work at our facility located at LBJ/Shiloh Road in Garland, Texas.
- This position is responsible for supporting the professional staff in an administrative capacity.
- Generate emails and reports when needed.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks assigned.
- A strong desire to succeed and assist with facility performance goals as communicated by management.
- Education level - High school or equivalent.
- Languages - can speak Spanish would be helpful, but is not required.
- Applicant must have previous administrative office experience.
- $12 - $15 hourly.
- Paid time for major holidays and sick/vacation accrual.
